Floral Packages
After planning so many weddings (and being a bride myself!), I know how stressful — and expensive — flowers can feel. Most couples want beautiful, cohesive florals without the huge markup or the headache of DIY-ing arrangements the week of their wedding. That’s exactly why I started offering floral design as an add-on to my coordination packages.
I’ve fallen in love with the creative side of florals — turning inspiration photos into pieces that truly reflect each couple’s style and setting. My goal is to make the process simple, personal, and cost-effective while still delivering designs that feel elevated and intentional.
Since setup and teardown are already included in my coordination fee, adding florals is an easy, seamless upgrade — no extra vendor coordination, no added stress, just beautiful flowers handled start to finish.

Decide on florals needed
We’ll start by figuring out exactly what floral pieces your event needs — from centerpieces and bud vases to ceremony installations, personals, and accent pieces. I can help you decide what makes the most impact while staying within your budget.

Pay arrangement fee
This covers all design time, prep, and labor — including sourcing vases, cleaning and processing flowers, arranging everything, and delivering or setting up the day of. The fee is based on the overall scale of your order and level of detail involved. See my general pricing guide below :)

Send inspo photos
Once you’ve booked, you’ll share inspiration images, your color palette, or even just a vibe you’re going for. I’ll pull together a design plan that reflects your vision and complements your venue and decor.

Pay for wholesale flowers
After your final designs are confirmed, I’ll build a custom wholesale flower order to match your plan. You’ll pay the exact wholesale cost — no markup added — so you know exactly where your floral budget is going. I’ll handle all the ordering, conditioning, and arranging to bring everything to life.
